“YOUTHSHIP”

We are the future of our country. We are the fresh minds our country. We are the strength of our country. We are the beauty of our country. We are the majority stake of our country.

We here refers to ‘Youth’ who are useless in every manner according to the society. But I’m sorry, I understood this couple of years back,
“Youth are not Useless, Youth are Usedless”.
I meet a lot of youth who have immnese potential in them, but are suffering from deadliest diseases like Groupism, What will others think about me, Hypercompetition, etc.

Who are these Youth:
  • *      First category, who are extremely brilliant & who will always be in their own world without even putting an effort to understand the outside world.
  • *     Second category, who are extremely busy understanding the outside world & don't care to create one for them. Feel they know everything about the world but noting about themselves.
  • *      Third category who are always suffering from infeeriority complex, because they neither can be with first category, nor can be with second category.

In this kind of Scenario... wantedly or unwantedly youth are wasting a lot of time understanding each other & trying to become like others to achieve their dreams & goals.

My simple strong message to all the youth out there would be to “Follow your heart”. Listen to what your heart says. Don’t care a damn about the world. Whatever you are interested in keep doing that, keep doing that. Don’t expect anything in your initial phases. Do so much without expecting anything, which one day will return you so much that you never expected that.

“Believe in yourself”, because “If you donot believe in yourself, who else will”.
Continous efforts without expecting anything will surely & surely fetch you tremendous Success.
Keep yourself Ignited & Keep Walking, World will for sure recognize you soon.
Success is waiting for somebody who is Genuine.

Thank you & See you soon.

Extreme Emotions

All this while I have seen many people taking decisions based on some happenings in their life. No one analyses the entire situation & none have time to do it, because today’s generation are extremely busy. Busy doing Nothing.

What happens when we are at extreme positions, either very happy or very sad, we tend to form conclusions.
Suppose say for eg, When we win a tournament, organize a event, get desired marks, we always tend to think that we are the best, we have amazing potential, world looks amazing, we find opportunity in everything we see. Friends, arents, relatives, proffesors everybody look supporting.
On the other hand contrary when we fail in a subject or two, get ditched by our friends, get suspended from college, we feel that we are lost, we have no body to support, world sucks, no opportunities.
Neither of the situations are true friends. They are all moments of our life, that’s all.

My strong message to all of you would be,
“ Not to make any conclusions/decisions when you are too happy or too sad”.
When you are too happy just 'Feel & Enjoy the Moment'. When you are too sad just say it yourself, ‘This too Shall Pass’.

I very strongly believe that decisions with extreme emotions are always a failure.

Thank you, see you soon.

"Coffee with Sujit Lalwani"

Dedication- To My Mentor Er.Sujit Lalwani

Never watched even a single episode “Coffee with Karan”, but already been a part of more than a century of episodes “Coffee with Sujit Lalwani”.
It was ‘Bliss’ for me when I was with this great personality over a coffee @ Oberoi, 12 midnight discussing business ideas couple of months back & many such in CCD’s in almost every corner of the city.

What happened over these coffee meetings is tremendous  transformation  in myself. Change in mediocritic mentality to an entrepreneurial mindset, dreamer to a visionary.
Some of the greatest learning which I want to share it to the world that I learnt from Sujitji would be:
  • ·         Life is a journey of Self-Discovery.
  • ·         Power of Dreams.
  • ·         Art of Relationships.
  • ·         Importance of Business Networking.
  • ·         Entrepreneurship.

May be if I start eloborating on every single topic it would take pages together to explain, so many incidences to share. So anybody want to know more or learn more on these topics specially you can feel free to contact us via any medium. We are more than happy to teach, cos after all we are all brothers & sisters.

So I would like to conclude here with a strong note that: “A Lot Happened over Coffee”.

Thank you & See you Soon.

MY JOURNEY BEING A SALESMAN.......

It was my 2nd year engineering when, ‘by chance’ I got into this field of Marketing. Then, I just had intentions to make some pocket money so that I can avoid asking for that from my very strict dad. But over a period of time I started realizing that I was good at that. Slowly started liking it, almost by the end of a year I had fallen in love with it completely without even realizing it (love always happens like that you see). In this period I was exposed to enough number of clients, had fallen, got some knowledge & had built a team. But one thing I want to accept here is, I was not making enough money in the field for myself. But deep down I didn’t want to quit because, I was loving what I was doing. I used to enjoy. Slowly realized that I had joined engineering to become ‘Engineer Marketer’. Over this period of 24months is when I discovered myself. I found lot of passion in Marketing.

With many assumptions in my young mind, started off entrepreneurial journey with lot of faith & interest. It really worked out well for a couple of months. Ten months down the line lack of preparation and lack of self development/up gradation with enough assumptions on my mind, fell down royally.

No problem had to fall, so fell. But good thing is that I got solid exposure, knowledge at a comparatively less age. I became confident, very good organizer and an awesome salesman. (I love to call myself a salesman). Slowly with patience started understanding many aspects & arena’s of life. Started reading books, started travelling, & re-started to meet even more people. Biggest realization: If you stop, the world doesn’t stop. So took up marketing again, because I understood Marketing Is crudest form of Entrepreneurship. If you want to be an entrepreneur, you need to be master salesman.

Luckily today at mere 22, I’m a part of 3 start-up’s as the senior marketing in charge. Right company, right people, right age, right products, right ideas, right attitudes contributed & things are really shaping up well. Today I have enough confidence that I’ll be one of the young CMO’s in the coming times. Law of attraction works (I simply believe in it).

Awesome things about marketing that I have realized in my small journey:
You’ll meet people from different backgrounds.
You’ll travel to lot of places.
You’ll be busy always in doing new things or doing things in a new way.
Keeps you engaged in many things like, tweeting, Blogging etc.
It’s an adventure- all in all.

I love Marketing, I live Marketing.
